Many people from different countries have been tangling with the fat in the body, the fat belly, the big face with unnecessary fat, the thick thigh like elephant etc. We have been bored with these. They are all attributed to the blamed unhealthy fat.

In order to have a good health and shape our body, it is high time we should take actions fat burning diet and go against our enemy, unhealthy fat, namely obesity.

To start with, we should have a good knowledge of it. Where is the unhealthy fat from? We can conclude to things we eat and we do. More junk food and less exercise can be the cradle of fat. We should be clear that almost all the junk food is high in energy density. These energy dense foods can fool us into consuming more calories than our body needs. Then superfluous calories stay in our body, accumulate day by day. Last our bellies, thighs, faces and our hips are filled with fat. Especially, food with much sugar is more harmful. As it encourages us eat more and more as if we are hungers. It also makes our blood sugar level in disorder. In addition, our own bad eating habits also have a diverse influence on our health and let us get fatter.

Secondly, it is our laziness that makes the result of being fat. As our society progresses, our activities are less and less, we drive to work and stay still in our seat. Can you still recall that we are apt to be tired and do not want to move even a step. It is helpful to the fat to grow rapidly. Our body becomes looser as if the space of our body all belongs to the fat. As a result, we are too weak to move and our body is heavy that we would like to have a walk.

So how to burn the fat?

Most of us may go on conventional diets gain all the weight back easily and end up fatter than we started. Some of us may choose the kind of diet that makes us hungry and burn fat with destroying metabolism. As we have offered, with the normal and healthy diet above, we should also combine with exercise. We should not seek for the excuses that we are too busy with our work, study, careers and families to have time in gym all day any more for our health being in risk. In order to burn the fat in our belly, we can have a try of doing up-downs. This helps to make our belly flat. Do sports in the gym now and then to practice all parts of our body as possible as we can. Aerobic exercise is popular. Yoga can be our first choice. It is not only a kind of exercise but also an ease way of life. Relaxing ourselves wholly and breathe out poisonous air. Then we can expel all the useless fat. Burning our fat gently but not destroy our body. Stretching all parts of our body as if we were the feather. After one or more hours, we take a bath in our sweat. On the one hand we will have a lighten mood, on the other hand, you can burn the fat.

Pros:

Easy to do; Eating scientifically and normally can be adopted; yoga is really great and powerful

Cons:

Uneasy to burn the fat if high dense food can not be resisted. For some people, yoga will occupy most of their part-time.

Conclusions:

Balance is the key to burning fat successfully. We should not only eat balanced diet which contains the nutrition we need but also we should balance our work and exercise well.
