One day when you stand in front of a mirror and look at yourself, you are surprised to find that you have more wrinkles, your skin is not ruddy and delicate any more, your eyes are not sparkled and so on. It is not fantastic. I would like to tell that these are not the only signs of your aging. Furthermore, you will suffer from memory loss, an increasing risk of diseases such as heart disease and osteoporosis.

I am sure everyone does not want to be like this, but expect to always be young and energetic. Some may say aging is the natural rules and no one can violent it. However, as the development of our society and the conscious of health, our scientists and dietitians can help us a lot. They propose the anti-aging diet.

As we all know, eating is the most important thing in our daily life and no wonder it can influence us greatly. So this is my advice: having a healthy diet. What you eat can determine your degree of aging. Fruits, vegetables, green tea and other healthful foods those are rich in antioxidants and other potentially age-deterring compounds. These are all natural food which we emphasize on, remember take as less pills or medicines as possible. Our scientists have come to a theory those antioxidants and other age-defying compounds help cells ward off damage from free radicals and minimize the impact of aging. The following are the details:

1.Fish. It is greatly rich in anti-inflammation (a substance which also deters aging) and offers a lot of healthy benefits.
2.Fruits and vegetables. Eat at least 5 servings per day to gain the maximum benefits
3.Whole grains. Try to serve yourself at least 3 times a day for it provides soluble fiber which helps lower blood cholesterol levels.
4.Water. It is the key of almost all our organs such as our skin, muscles.
5.Nuts. They are good for our heart and brain. Their healthy fat can build our skin and keep it elastic. But limit the quantity, as nuts are high in calories.

What we should do?

To do our best to keep off aging, our experts would tell us that a healthy lifestyle should also includes regular exercise, get rid of bad habits such as smoking, have good sleep ,enjoy yourself everyday and even more sex can help us anti-aging. This is my experience. Good sleep helps our body make repairs and keep young. Just regard our sleep as the maintenance phase of our body. It’s common among the old that they don’t sleep well and always toss and turn on the bed. So we should do everything to improve our quality of sleep. Thereafter, we will have good shape and keep young. Then the very important point is exercise. That is to make our body active, stretch our body as more as we can and breathe fresh air. But not hurt ourselves, exercise properly and scientifically. We can jog, do yoga and something like aerobic exercise.

One day when you walk in the street, one of your old friends may be surprised to find that you look younger than him/her. Though you are 70 or more, you are quite different from those.

So take actions and believe you can do something to anti-aging. No one cares more about you except you. It is the high time to protect yourself and lead a healthier and happier life. The anti-aging diet will benefit you prolonged.
