The best life program is based on the idea that eating is and should be one of our life’s greatest pleasures. He said in the book that we can love food and live happily while still reaching our goals of losing weight. This is one of the different from other diets. The program will help us change our eating habits for our whole life gradually. Many people who have tried the program delightedly said that the best life diet is not only a diet program but as well as a guide to a healthier and more balanced life style.

The program includes three phases. And the main method is to balance our diet and exercise well. Unlike many other fast diet plan, the best life diet concerns not about fast weight loss or counting calories too often but cares more about the permanent eating behavior and exercise.
